Workforce AI Security - Cold Call Playbook
Call Scripts
The full Tumeryk SDR cold-call flow - stage by stage, persona by persona, industry by industry. Plus an AI-powered follow-up email generator for after the call.
Always-on discovery questions
Use these on every call - they qualify, create urgency, and tee up the Tumeryk demo.
- Which AI tools are your employees using today - sanctioned or not?
- What sensitive or regulated information is entering public AI models from your environment?
- Which business units or workflows carry the highest AI risk right now?
- Are employees provably complying with your approved-AI policy?
- Could you produce a complete AI inventory for an auditor or regulator this week?
- How are you governing AI agents and Copilots before they take autonomous actions?
- Can you demonstrate continuous AI governance evidence mapped to NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001 or the EU AI Act?
- Who owns AI risk in your organization - Security, Compliance, Risk, or the AI Governance committee?
- How do you measure the trustworthiness of the AI models, copilots and agents already in use?
- What would change for your team if you had a real-time AI Trust Score™ for every AI interaction?
The full flow, in order.
Run top-to-bottom on a cold call. Each stage notes the timing and the goal - never sacrifice the goal to hit the timing.
Goal
Earn the next 30 seconds. Be human, be direct, name the industry.
Say it like this
If they say…
If they say no / bad time
No problem - when's a better time? I'll send you a quick note in the meantime so you have context before we talk.
If they say 'what is this about?'
Fair question. Shadow AI - employees using GenAI tools outside IT's visibility. I wanted 60 seconds to see if it's relevant before booking anything.
If gatekeeper picks up
I'm trying to reach whoever owns AI governance or Workforce AI risk - would that be [Name], or someone else on the security or compliance team?
SDR Tips
- •Smile through the phone - Indian SDRs calling into NA/EU win on warmth, not volume.
- •Never lead with 'AI Trust Score' or product names. Lead with the problem.
- •Pause after the opener. Let them respond before you bridge.
Goal
Acknowledge their reality, then pivot to the universal risk frame.
Say it like this
SDR Tips
- •Mirror their tone. If they're terse, be terse. If they engage, slow down.
- •Don't argue if they say 'we don't have that problem' - agree, then ask one qualifying question.
Tips for the SDR
- Lead with the problem, not the product name. The magic words are Shadow AI, data leakage, and visibility.
- Don't say 'AI Trust Score' on the first call. Save it for the discovery call.
- Regulated verticals - pharma, banking, healthcare, insurance, legal - feel this pain hardest. Prioritise them.
- Goal of the call = book the discovery call, NOT explain the product.
- Calling India to NA/EU: speak 15% slower than feels natural, and pause after every question.
- Always send a follow-up email within 3 minutes of the call - use the generator on this page.
- If you get one good signal (regulator, breach, Copilot rollout, M&A), pivot the entire call to that signal.
- Never argue. Agree, then redirect with a question.
